冠心病心绞痛应用硝酸甘油联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of nitroglycerin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者应用硝酸甘油联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果。方法52例冠心病心绞痛患者,通过抽签(奇偶数)方法分为观察组与对照组,各26例。两组患者均进行常规治疗,对照组应用硝酸甘油治疗,观察组应用硝酸甘油联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗后心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率88.46%明显高于对照组的57.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率15.38%与对照组的11.54%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)(45.79±2.22)%大于对照组的(42.04±2.42)%,左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)(51.43±3.33)ml/m^(2)、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)(30.16±2.67)ml/m^(2)均小于对照组的(55.27±3.06)、(33.69±2.67)ml/m^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,能有效改善心功能指标,且不会发生严重不良反应,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nitroglycerin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 52 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were divided into observation group and control group by lottery(odd and even number)method,with 26 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with nitroglycerin,and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin and atorvastatin.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and cardiac function indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 88.46%in the observation group was significantly higher than 57.69%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.38%,which was not statistically significant compared with 11.54%in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(45.79±2.22)%of the observation group was greater than(42.04±2.42)%of the control group,and the left ventricular end diastolic volume index(LVEDVI)(51.43±3.33)ml/m^(2),left ventricular end systolic volume index(LVESVI)(30.16±2.67)ml/m^(2) were lower than(55.27±3.06)and(33.69±2.67)ml/m^(2) of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of nitroglycerin and atorvastatin has significant efficacy on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris without serious adverse reactions,and it is worthy of recommendation.
