中药炙甘草汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical the effect of traditional Chinese medicine prepared liquorice decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的观察冠心病不稳定型心绞痛运用中药炙甘草汤治疗的效果。方法200例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,按照入院顺序分为中药组与常规组,每组100例。常规组患者采用常规治疗,中药组患者在常规治疗的基础上采用中药炙甘草汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,生活质量评分,治疗前后血液流变学指标水平。结果中药组患者的治疗总有效率96.0%高于常规组的88.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组患者的躯体能力评分为(78.25±10.20)分、角色能力评分为(73.86±7.12)分、认知能力评分为(86.03±7.21)分、情绪能力评分为(86.93±6.31)分、社会能力评分为(57.31±6.27)分,均高于常规组的(63.14±7.52)、(61.20±7.40)、(71.86±5.66)、(72.89±6.58)、(43.77±6.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,中药组患者的全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药炙甘草汤对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果更为显著,安全可靠,值得使用与推广。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine prepared liquorice decoction on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and conventional group according to the order of admission,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine prepared liquorice decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,quality of life score,and hemorheological index levels before and after treatment.Results The total treatment efficiency 96.0%of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than 88.0%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the traditional Chinese medicine group,the physical ability score was(78.25±10.20)points,the role ability score was(73.86±7.12)points,the cognitive ability score was(86.03±7.21)points,the emotional ability score was(86.93±6.31)points,and the social ability score was(57.31±6.27)points,which are higher than(63.14±7.52),(61.20±7.40),(71.86±5.66),(72.89±6.58),(43.77±6.35)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and hematocrit of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine prepared liquorice decoction has remarkable therapeutic effect on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of application and promotion.
