药学服务对糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖控制效果影响研究

Study on the effect of pharmaceutical care on medication compliance and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探究药学服务对糖尿病患者用药依从性及血糖控制效果的影响。方法80例进行护理干预的糖尿病患者,按照选取顺序1~80编号,以抽签法分为对照组与试验组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理干预,试验组予以药学服务干预。比较两组患者血糖水平、满意度及用药依从性。结果干预后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于本组干预前,且试验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(5.25±0.96)、(6.81±1.24)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.41±0.92)、(8.07±1.11)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组服药依从性90.00%高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度97.50%高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者护理管理中,药学服务能够帮助患者更好地调节血糖,并提升患者用药依从性,患者满意度较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical care on medication compliance and blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent nursing intervention were numbered according to the selection order 1-80 and divided into control group and test group by lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the test group received pharmaceutical care intervention.The blood glucose level,satisfaction degree and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention;the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the test group were(5.25±0.96)and(6.81±1.24)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(6.41±0.92)and(8.07±1.11)mmol/L of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance 90.00%of the test group was higher than 72.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate 97.50%of the test group was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of diabetic patients,pharmaceutical care can help patients better regulate blood glucose,and improve the medication compliance of patients,with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
