艾香再生纤维素纤维的纺制实验及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 对艾香再生纤维素纤维长丝的制备和纺丝实验进行了分析,重点讨论了艾绒浆料对纺丝原液黏度、熟成度和纺丝性能的影响,对纤维的物理力学性能和染色性能进行了探讨,并对艾香再生纤维素纤维的抗菌性能、抗病毒活性、防蚊和防螨效果进行了测试与研究。结果表明,艾香再生纤维素纤维的抗菌性能、抗病毒活性、防蚊和防螨效果均良好。 In this paper,the preparation and spinning experiments of mugwort regenerated cellulose filament were analyzed.The effects of the moxa pulp on the viscosity of spinning solution,maturity and spinning properties were discussed.The physical and mechanical properties and dyeing properties of mugwort regenerated cellulose filament were discussed.The antibacterial properties,antiviral activity,mosquito and mite resistance of mugwort regenerated cellulose filament were tested and studied.The results showed that the mugwort regenerated cellulose fiber had good antibacterial property,antiviral activity,anti mosquito and anti mite effects.
