干燥致密化条件对PAN纤维结构和性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 应用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和近红外紫外测色仪等研究了干燥致密化条件对PAN纤维结构的影响规律,结合PAN纤维的力学性能和含水率,探讨了干燥致密化工艺和PAN纤维结构、性能之间的关系。结果表明:干燥致密化温度升高,干燥致密化时间延长,PAN纤维的结晶度降低,晶粒尺寸增加,晶区取向度先增加后保持不变,纤维表面的沟槽变少,深度变浅,呈现不连续分布状态。同时纤维的致密性提高;纤维的断裂强度和和初始模量均增加。 The effect of dry densification conditions on the structure of PAN fiber was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and near infrared ultra-villet colorimeter.The mechanical properties and moisture content of PAN fiber were measured,the relationship between dry densification conditions,structure and properties of PAN fiber was discussed.The results show that with the increase of dry densification temperature,the dry densification time is prolonged;the crystallinity of PAN fiber decreased;the grain size increased;the orientation degree of crystal region first increased and then kept stable;the grooves on the surface of PAN fiber decreased;surface grooves of PAN fiber became shallow and discontinuous;at the same time,the compactness of PAN fiber was improved;the breaking strength and initial modulus of PAN fiber increased.
