2018-2020年首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院贵重中药饮片使用情况回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Application of Valuable Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces in Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University from 2018 to 2020

目的:了解儿童专科医院贵重中药饮片的使用情况及分布特点,为儿科临床使用贵重中药饮片及管理提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集整理2018—2020年首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊患儿贵重中药饮片处方数据,对贵重中药饮片处方条目数、销售金额、患儿年龄、疾病分布以及具体使用问题进行统计分析。结果:我院贵重中药饮片处方中,使用最频繁的贵重中药饮片为三七粉,销售金额最高的贵重中药饮片为全蝎。按照年龄段统计,7~11岁学龄期患儿使用贵重中药饮片情况最多。三七粉处方剂量不足的问题最突出;超《中华人民共和国药典》用量问题最多的为阿胶珠。贵重中药饮片全蝎和白及配伍情况较多。结论:我院贵重中药饮片的使用基本合理,但既存在用量不足也存在超量使用情况,部分中药饮片的配伍应用有待进一步研究验证。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status and distribution characteristics of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in a children’s hospital, so as to provide reference for clinical application and management of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in pediatrics. METHODS: Retrospective analysis was used, the data of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription of children in outpatient department of Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") from 2018 to 2020 were collected. The number of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces prescription times,consumption sum, age of children, disease distribution and specific application problems were statistically analyzed.RESULTS: Among the prescription of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, panax notoginseng powder was most frequently used, and the consumption sum of scorpion took the lead. According to age group statistics, the valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces were most frequently used by school-age children aged from 7 to 11 years. The problem of insufficient prescription dosage of panax notoginseng powder was the most prominent;and the problem of over dosage of Chinese Pharmacopoeia was the most prominent in E-Jiao bead. There were many compatibilities between the valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces scorpion and bletilla striata. CONCLUSIONS: The application of valuable traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in our hospital is basically rational. However, there is both insufficient dosage and over dosage, and the compatibility of some traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces needs to be further studied and verified.
