摘要 随着医学教育改革的推进和自我防护需要的加强,常规的医疗秩序和教学模式正在被改变。为了加强防护,减少聚集,医学学员进入急诊一线参与诊治的学习机会不得不减少,对急诊骨科的教学提出了新的挑战。在此新形势下,我们采用了基于病例的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)结合人工智能教学平台的开发,通过具体病例情境的展现和描述,引导学生对疾病所处特殊情境进行讨论,同时收集急诊骨科患者病例建立数据库,引入“三维虚拟仿真教学平台”,建立一个手机虚拟仿真技术平台,结合大体照片和影像学资料,在三维平台上更进一步的辨识局部解剖,增强学习效果;进一步研发基于虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)和增强现实(augmented reality,AR)技术的手术虚拟操作系统,为急诊创伤的后续处理提供人工智能学习平台对医学学员进行引导式急诊骨科教学。通过对医学学员进行引导式急诊骨科教学,使学员获得急诊场景感受和浸入式学习体验,取得较好教学效果。新教学模式能够有效地提高学员主动学习的热情,充分激发学习积极性和主动性,加强学生自我学习能力。 With the advancement of medical education reform and the strengthening of self-protection,the routine medical order and teaching mode are being changed.In order to strengthen the protection and reduce the aggregation,it has reduced the learning opportunities for medical students to participate in the diagnosis and treatment in the first line of emergency department.Under the new situation,we adopted case-based learning(CBL)in combination with the development of artificial intelligence teaching platform,to facilitated emergency orthopedic teaching of medical students.We guided the students to discuss the special situation of disease through cases showing and description in detail.Meanwhile we collected the emergency cases of orthopaedic patients to establish database.Furthermore,we introduced the"3D virtual simulation teaching platform",to build a mobile virtual simulation technology platform.After combining with general photos and imaging data,students could identify local anatomy on 3D platform further,and enhance the learning effect.The virtual operating system of surgery based on VR(virtual reality)and AR(augmented reality)technology is further developed to provide an artificial intelligence learning platform for the follow-up treatment of emergency trauma and to conduct guided emergency orthopedics teaching for medical students.It makes the students get emergency scene and immersion learning experience,obtain better teaching effect.The new teaching mode can stimulate students’interest in learning,effective learning initiative and cultivate students'autonomous learning ability.
