标准化模拟及微格教学用于皮肤科带教的价值

摘要 目的探讨标准化患者模拟及微格教学模式在皮肤科实习生临床带教中的应用。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在本院实习的96名皮肤治疗学专业本科生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各48名。对照组采用传统教学法授课,即教师讲解、示教,学生操作。实验组采用标准化患者模拟联合微格教学模式进行授课,两组实习生均实习8周。比较8周后两组学员理论考试和操作考核成绩。于实习8周后统计两组教学评价调查结果。于实习第1周、第4周、第8周统计患者对两组实习生满意度。结果实验组理论考试和操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组教学评价调查满意率为91.67%,明显高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。随着实习时间的推移,与第一周时相比,患者对实习生满意度评分逐渐提升(P<0.05),第1周时患者对两组实习生的满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第4周、第8周时患者对实验组实习生的满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化患者模拟联合微格教学模式可显著提高皮肤科实习生临床实习效果。 Objective To explore the application of standardized patient simulation and microteaching mode in clinical teaching of Dermatology interns.Methods 96 undergraduates majoring in dermatology from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,that is,teachers explain,teach,students operate.The experimental group was taught by standardized patient simulation combined with microteaching mode,The two groups of interns have been practicing for 8 weeks.The scores of theory test and operation test were compared between the two groups after 8 weeks.After 8 weeks of practice,the results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.At the first week,the fourth week and the eighth week of the internship,the satisfaction of the patients to the two groups of interns was counted.Results The scores of theory test and operation test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching evaluation survey in the experimental group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).With the passage of practice time,the satisfaction score of patients to interns gradually increased compared with the first week(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the satisfaction score of patients to interns in the two groups at the first week(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of patients to interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the fourth and eighth weeks(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized patient simulation combined with microteaching model can significantly improve the clinical practice effect of Dermatology interns.
