岗位导师责任制下NICU新护士培养模式的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索在岗位导师责任制下新生儿重症监护室新护士培养模式。方法选取2017—2019年入科的新护士,对照组采用院级培训,岗位导师理论及专科护理操作等培训方式,实验组在此基础上由岗位导师负责制,新护士通过三个阶段各项考核方可独立上岗。结果实验组在第一阶段操作考核,中期两项抽查考核,第二阶段小讲座考核中的分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用岗位导师责任制下培养NICU新护士的模式,在增加理论和实践培训的时间的基础上可以有效提高新护士的理论及实践相结合的能力。该模式培养下的NICU新护士符合临床护理工作能力的要求。 Objective To explore the supervisor responsibility mode for neonatal intensive care unit new nurses cultivate.Methods The new nurses who joined the Department from 2017 to 2019 were selected.The control group adopted hospital level training,post tutor theory and specialist nursing operation.On this basis,the post tutor responsibility system was adopted in the experimental group.The new nurses can work independently only after passing the three-stage assessment.Results The scores of the experimental group in the first stage of operation assessment,two spot checks in the middle stage and the second stage of small lecture assessment were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of cultivating new nurses in NICU under supervisor responsibility can effectively improve the theoretical and practical abilities of new nurses in this mode training.The new NICU nurses trained in this mode will meet the requirements of clinical nursing ability.
