路径目标理论在肾内科护理教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究路径目标理论在肾内科护理教学中的应用对提升护理教学效率的研究。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月来本院肾内科实习的护理实习生86名作为研究对象,将2018年1月—2018年12月开展常规带教的43名实习护生设置为对照组,将2019年1月—2019年12月开展路径目标理论护理教学的43名实习护生设置为研究组,比较两组实习护生的理论知识、临床实操考评结果及对教学满意程度。结果研究组实习护生理论知识(护理评估能力、病历书写能力、肾内科疾病护理知识掌握程度)、临床实操(专科操作技能、基础护理操作、应急处理能力)及对教学满意度(学习兴趣及主动性、教学内容及形式、教学连贯性及系统性、与带教老师沟通情况)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用路径目标理论于肾内科护理教学中,对提高护理教学效果、实习护生满意度有显著效果。 Objective To explore the application of path goal theory in nephrology nursing teaching to improve the efficiency of nursing teaching.Methods A total of 86 nursing interns who came to our hospital for internship in the Department of Nephrology from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and 43 nursing interns who carried out routine teaching from January 2018 to December 2018 were set as In the control group,43 nursing interns who carried out path goal theoretical nursing teaching from January 2019 to December 2019 were set as the research group to compare the theoretical knowledge,clinical practice evaluation results and satisfaction with teaching of the two groups of interns.Results Theoretical knowledge(nursing assessment ability,medical record writing ability,nephrology disease nursing knowledge mastery),clinical practice(specialty operation skills,basic nursing operation,emergency handling ability)and satisfaction with teaching(learning Interest and initiative,teaching content and format,teaching coherence and system,communication with teachers)scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of path goal theory in nephrology nursing teaching has a significant effect on improving the effectiveness of nursing teaching and the satisfaction of nurse students.
