摘要
目的探究糖尿病肾病早期诊断中生化检验的应用价值。方法随机在本院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的所有糖尿病肾病患者中择选40例为研究对象,同时随机选择40例健康体检者为对照。其中健康体检者为对照组,糖尿病肾病患者为研究组。分别给予两组患者生化检验,测定两组患者尿清蛋白/肌酐(UALB/Cr)、血清中C-反应蛋白(CRP)、αl-微球蛋白(αl-MG)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)的水平。同时就联合检测分析与单一检测的阳性率结果进行对比。结果研究结果显示,研究组的尿清蛋白/肌酐、血清中C-反应蛋白、α1-微球蛋白、血清胱抑素C和糖化血红蛋白水平与对照组相比,均要明显高出。其中研究组患者的尿清蛋白/肌酐、血清中C-反应蛋白、αl-微球蛋白水平分别为(65.2±0.7)mg/g、(45.3±18.2)mg/L和(8.9±4.1)mg/L,而对照组三项指标检测结果分别为(4.3±0.5)mg/g、(20.7±14.5)mg/L和(1.2±0.8)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。检测阳性率对比结果,联合检测分析的检测阳性率为95.0%,明显高于单一检测的检测阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者受疾病影响自身多项生化指标会出现显著的变化,对这些生化指标进行联合检测和综合分析,可有效提高糖尿病肾病的早期诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in biochemical inspection application value.Methods Random in our hospital between January 2019 and January 2020,all of the diabetic nephropathy patients to choose his own 40 cases as the research object,and randomly selected 40 cases of healthy check-up for comparison.The health checks for a control,diabetic nephropathy patients for the team.Respectively,two groups of patients'biochemical test,determination of two groups of patients with urinary albumin/creatinine(UALB/Cr),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),alpha l-microglobulin(alpha 1-MG),serum inhibition C(CysC),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)level.At the same time for joint detection analysis and comparing with the results the positive rate of single detection.Results The results showed that,the team of urinary albumin/creatinine,serum C-reactive protein,the alpha l-microglobulin urinary inhibition C and glycosylated hemoglobin,serum level compared with control group,were significantly higher.One group of patients with urinary albumin/creatinine,serum C-reactive protein,the alpha l-micro globulin level respectively(65.2±0.7)mg/g,(45.3±18.2)mg/L and(8.9±4.1)mg/L,and the detection of three indicators in control respectively(4.3±0.5)mg/g,(20.7±14.5)mg/L and(1.2±0.8)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Testing positive contrast as a result,the joint detection analysis of the detection positive rate was 95.0%,significantly higher than that of single detection test positive rate,difference is statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion The diabetic patients affected by the disease itself a number of biochemical index can appear obvious changes,the biochemical index for joint detection and comprehensive analysis,can effectively improve the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy accuracy.
