改良耳廓假性囊肿手术缝合方式效果研究

Study on the Effect of Improved Suture Method for Auricle Pseudocyst

目的探讨改良前壁软骨切除缝合方式在耳廓假性囊肿治疗中的应用。方法选择2015年10月—2019年10月在本科行耳廓假性囊肿手术治疗的患者59例,均行前壁软骨切除,观察组局部加压贯穿缝合,对照组直接加压包扎,比较两种患者在手术时长,术后24 h疼痛VAS评分,换药次数,近远期局部症状及总体有效率方面差异。结果通过结果比较发现观察组手术平均时长较对照组长,且组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第一天观察组疼痛VAS评分较对照组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组术后换药次数明显更少,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组局部症状比较,观察组近期效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05),远期效果虽好于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前壁软骨切除联合局部贯穿缝合加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application of modified anterior wall cartilage resection and suture in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst.Methods A total of 59 patients with auricular pseudocyst underwent surgical treatment in our department from October 2015 to October 2019 were selected,all of whom received anterior wall cartilage resection.Local pressure and perforation suture were performed in the observation group,while direct pressure and bandaging were performed in the control group.The differences between the two types of patients were compared in terms of operation duration,pain VAS score 24 hours after surgery,times of dressing change,short-term and long-term local symptoms and overall effective rate.Results The results showed that the average operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain VAS score of the observation group on the first day after operation was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of dressing changes in the observation group was significantly less,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The short-term effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Although the long-term effect was better than that of the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Anterior wall chondrotomy combined with local penetrating suture and compression in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst has clinical value.
