高寒地区特高压伴热带在线监测系统设计与应用 被引量:1

摘要 高寒地区特高压设备通过伴热带加热罐体来避免低温造成的SF6液化问题,基于伴热带实际工作状态的需要,在不破坏伴热带回路的基础上,设计了一种通过监测伴热带回路中电流来实现对伴热带实际工作状态进行监测的特高压伴热带在线监测系统。通过对三种设计方案的原理、优点及不足等对比分析,按照科学合理、节约资源、优化配置的原则,从易用性、全面性、经济性、安全性对三种方案进行评价,从而选择最优方案。该系统能及时监测到伴热带故障并上送至监控后台,可以就地选相锁定故障位置,并及时更换故障伴热带,且技术改造易实现,不破坏原回路,安全性高,提高了工作效率。 SF6 liquefaction caused by low temperature can be avoided by heating tank of tracing zone to the UHV equipment in alpine region.Based on the actual working status of tracing zone,without damaging the tracing zone circuit,an online monitoring system of UHV tracing zone is designed to monitor the actual working state of tracing zone through monitoring the current in tracing circuit.Through the comparative analysis of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of the three design schemes,according to the principles of scientific and reasonable,resource saving and optimal allocation,the three schemes are evaluated from the aspects of usability,comprehensiveness,economy and security,so as to select the optimal scheme.The system can detect the failure of tracing zone in time and send it to the monitoring background.The failure location can be locked by local phase selection,so as to replace the fault tracing zone in time.Besides,the technical transformation is easy to realize with non-destructine the original loop is not damaged,and the work efficiency is improved.
