摘要
大型铸件浇注时,钢包如何快速转动,并且与铸件冒口对正是一个难题。本文通过查阅专利资料,寻找到有钢包转动调节机构以及起重机旋转吊钩两种解决方案。根据实际浇注现场情况,分析对比两种方案的可行性及可靠性,最终得出结论,起重机的旋转吊钩可以有效解决钢包快速转动的问题。
When casting large castings,how to quickly rotate the ladle and to align with the riser of the casting is a difficult problem,In this paper,by looking up the patents information,we found two solutions including the ladle rotation adjustment mechanism and the crane rotating hook.According to the actual casting site conditions,analyze and compare the feasibility and reliability of the two solutions,Finally,it is concluded that the rotating hook of the crane can effectively solve the problem of rapid rotation of the ladle.
