摘要 铁路作为服务民众出行、物资供应的重要方式之一,其客运枢纽站是客货运业务实施的主要现实场景。通过分析北京三大客运枢纽站客流量、商业资源和商业物流模式等现状,从商业业态科学规划、旅客商品流线分离、旅客行李剥离服务等方面,剖析新丰台站商业物流服务需求,构建新丰台站商业物流服务模式,制定智慧场站一体化方案,提出新丰台站商业物流服务模式发展对策,即:应用数字孪生及识别算法,应用智能化物流设备,创新多元化商业业态,实现铁路客运枢纽站商业物流服务模式的创新升级。 Railway is one of the important ways to serve people’s travel and material supply. Accordingly, its passenger hub is the main site for business implementation of passenger and freight transportation in real life. This paper analyzed the current situation of passenger flow, commercial resources and commercial logistics mode of the three major passenger hubs in Beijing. From the aspects of commercial scientific planning, separation of passenger commodity flow lines and passenger-luggage stripping services, it studied the demand for commercial logistics services of new Fengtai Station, constructed the commercial logistics service mode of the station, and formulated the integration plan of a smart yard. Moreover, the development countermeasures of the commercial logistics service mode were proposed for the station, namely, the innovation and diversification of the commercial industry with digital twins, recognition algorithms and intelligent logistics equipment to innovate and upgrade commercial logistics service modes of railway passenger hubs.
