一种浮动自适应工装在喷丸强化工艺上的应用

摘要 在大飞机研制国产化的背景下,介绍了一种浮动自适应工装结构,利用机床工件输送系统上配置的旋转工作台夹持零件,工作台往复移动由机器人实现8轴联动,实现了某大型机起落架外筒无基准异形构件的回转喷丸加工,极大地提升了加工效率,对类似产品的加工具有工程借鉴的价值。 In the context of the localization of large aircraft development,this paper introduces a floating self-adaptive tooling structure.The rotating worktable configured on the workpiece conveying system of the machine tool is used to clamp the parts.The worktable moves back and forth,and the robot realizes 8-axis linkage.Rotary shot peening processing of the outer cylinder of the landing gear which is non-referenced special-shaped component is realized,which greatly improves the processing efficiency and provides engineering reference value for the processing of similar products.
