摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立SiO_(2)/HDPE复合材料随机颗粒分布切削模型,研究切削速度对切削力和切削温度的影响,对复合材料进行切削加工试验并测量已加工表面粗糙度。结果表明,切削力随切削速度的增大呈现先增加、后降低的趋势,切削温度随切削速度的增加而升高,切削速度可以改善加工表面质量。
This paper uses ABAQUS finite element simulation software to establish a SiO_(2)/HDPE composite material random particle distribution cutting model,studies the effect of cutting speed on cutting force and cutting temperature,conducts cutting experiments on composite materials and measures the processed surface roughness.The results show that the cutting force first increases and then decreases with the increase of cutting speed.The cutting temperature increases with the increase of cutting speed,and the cutting speed can improve the quality of the machined surface.
