摘要
学前教育专业学生职业能力提升是提高幼儿园办园水平和保教质量的重要保证,直接关系到未来学前儿童健康发展。“能力训练营”树立“学生为本”教学理念,将师德践行、保育和教育实践、沟通协作、决策反思等专业职业能力要素融通在一起,采用“行为导向、项目教学、任务驱动”等体验式学习方法,让学生们通过亲身体验、反思、分享,达到知行合一,实现学前教育专业学生职业能力提升。
The improvement of vocational ability of preschool education students is directly related to the healthy development of preschool children in the future.It is also an important guarantee to improve the level of kindergarten and the quality of education.“Ability training camp”sets up a student-centered teaching idea,integrating professional ability elements of teachers’ethics practice,nursing and education practice,communication and coordination,decision and reflection,applying experiencing learning method of behavior-orientation,project teaching,task-driven,guiding students to reach the unity of knowing and doing through experience,reflection,sharing to achieve the development in vocational ability of students majoring in preschool education.
