摘要
基于学生发展核心素养的视角,探索卫生类高职学生职业素质的培养。在遵循育人为先、协同联动、问题导向的基础上,提炼出卫生类高职学生“443”职业素质培养模式:即构建以“仁爱、健康、奉献、创新”为主旨的职业素质培养内容体系,搭建与之相匹配的“仁爱慈心”“健康校园”“励志修身”“创新创业”四大实践育人平台,形成促使职业素质养成教育落实落细的“全员、全方位、全过程”长效保障机制。
This article focuses on the cultivation of health profession vocational students’vocational quality from the perspective of the key competencies for student development.Adhering to the principle of education,coordination,and problem-solving approach,A“443”vocational quality training mode is proposed,meaning four aspects of the content of vocational quality education:Kindheartedness,Health,Dedication and Innovation;four education practicing platforms:Loving Kindness,Healthy Campus,Inspirational Self-cultivation,Innovation and Entrepreneurship;the long-term guarantee system of three:All Staff,All Directions and All Process.
