“先跟后带”:大学生思想政治教育个体对话模式探究

摘要 大学生需要与教师有高质量的、能够得到成长启示的面对面交流,“五困生”更加需要。但是至今不少教师仍然在使用说教式、批评式、质问式、命令式等“秒杀”学生打开心门的方式,导致个体思想政治教育收效欠佳。“先跟后带”是一种有效的个体思想政治教育模式,通过表示赞同、部分重复、跟情绪、跟视角、跟动机、跟新意等“先跟”,快速建立师生亲和关系,让学生在潜意识里接纳教师;再通过引导学生、说服学生、搜索动机撬动策略等“后带”,引导学生走出思维定势,产生正确的心理动机,从而逐步改变行为。 College students need to talk with teachers to get inspiration of growth from high-quality face-to-face communication,while the“trapped students”are more in need.But up to now,many teachers have been using ways of“seckilling”students to open their hearts,such as preaching,criticizing,questioning and commanding,which leads to poor results of individual ideological and political education.“Following first-leading later”is an effective pattern through expressing approval,partial repetition,following emotions,perspectives,motives,new ideas and other“followings first”would quickly establish a friendly relationship between students and teachers,and lets students accept teachers subconsciously.Then“leading later”strategies of instructing,persuading and searching their motivations guide students to getting out of their original thinking frame,produce right psychological motivations so as to gradually change their own behaviors.
