摘要
教师领导是教师在不脱离教学岗位的情况下所担当的领导角色、责任及所发挥的领导力:对学生或其他教师的领导、对某项活动或事务的领导、参与校内决策或助力建设伙伴关系等。教师领导的优势是增进办学效能、促进教师专业学习与合作、推动学校变革与发展。排除组织与专业障碍,发起并支持教师领导,是基层学校为创新校本教育改革实践、倡导教师赋权增能的管理模式、重构教师专业学习与发展模式而作出的有益尝试。
Teacher leadership mainly refers to the leadership role and decision-making power that teachers assume without leaving their teaching posts:to be the leader to promote students’academic development,to push other teachers to improve teaching practice,and to promote the formation of leadership groups within the school.Cognition and support of teacher leadership will help to transform traditional schools into“learning community”and“professional community”,and promote the school management of basic education to change from“hierarchical orientation”to“professional orientation”.
