基于地域资源的“悦纳”文化建设

摘要 构建适宜的校园文化,以文化管理引领学校和谐发展,已成为现代学校管理发展的新趋势。在校园文化建设中,园所资源及幼儿、教师和家长发展现状是校园文化的根源,办园理念是校园文化的核心,环境、课程、团队等发展是校园文化的有效载体。基于地域资源的“悦纳”文化建设,具有与众不同的个性和不可复制的特性,呈现出其特有的发展样态,使学校发展呈现出独有的内涵与特色。 It has become a new trend in the development of modern school management to construct suitable campus culture and lead the harmonious development of school by cultural management.In the construction of campus culture,the resources of the kindergarten,the development status of children,teachers and parents are the root of campus culture,the idea of kindergarten running is the core of campus culture,the development of environment,curriculum and team is effective carriers of campus culture.Based on regional resources,the cultural construction of“pleasant acceptance”has distinctive personality and unrepeatable characteristics,showing its unique development pattern,which makes the development of the school show unique connotation and characteristics.
