Discussion on Construction Cost Control Countermeasures and Construction Technology in the New Era

建筑工程在建设期间的作业内容和工序均较多,并且对施工材料和设备的运用也有着极大的需求,在此情况下,若未能重视实施建筑工程的施工造价控制,就会耗费大量的资金。但因材料的价格容易产生波动,所以在进行施工造价控制的过程中困难程度较高。基于此,本文以建筑工程施工造价的控制及管理原则分析为出发点,而后探讨了影响建筑工程施工造价控制及管理的主要因素,最后对新时期建筑工程施工造价的控制对策及管理技术进行了研究。

There are many operation contents and processes during the construction of construction projects,and there is a great demand for the use of construction materials and equipment.In this case,if we fail to pay attention to the construction cost control of construction projects,it will consume a lot of money.However,because the price of materials is easy to fluctuate,it is difficult to control the construction cost.Based on this,this paper takes the analysis of the control and management principles of construction cost as the starting point,then discusses the main factors affecting the control and management of construction cost,and finally studies the control countermeasures and management technology of construction cost in the new period.
