For aviation enterprises,safety education and training is the key guarantee and first priority for them to carry out various work.By doing a good job in safety education and training,enterprises are conducive to improving the ability and level of enterprise staff to deal with emergencies and improving their safety awareness and quality.However,in practice,aviation enterprises still have some misunderstandings in safety education and training,which makes it difficult to play the role and value of safety education and training and affects the safe operation of enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes these misunderstandings in detail,and puts forward corresponding solutions,in order to ensure the effective development of safety education and training.
