摘要
为增强木材抗自然因素影响的能力,有效延长使用寿命,研究以硅溶胶和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)为原料,采用一步法聚合反应制备笼型倍半硅氧烷(MS)低聚体用于木材改性。采用SEM、接触角和色度值检测等方法对试样进行表征与分析,结果表明:MS在木材表面由表及里的渗透过程使其分布均匀,增大了木材表面粗糙度。MS处理后的木材具有良好的疏水性,接触角达到141.5°,具有良好的防污性和自清洁性,同时具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线性能。
To enhance the resistance to natural factors and prolong the service life of wood,a cage-type sesquisiloxane(MS)oligomer was prepared from silica sol and methyltriethoxysilane(MTES)by one-step polymerization reaction,which was used in modified wood.Characterized through a scanning electron microscope(SEM),contact angle,and color value detection,the results showed that MS has a penetration process from the surface to the inside to make it evenly distributed on the wood surface,increasing the surface roughness of the wood.The wood treated with the MS solution has good hydrophobicity,and the contact angle reached 141.5°,and has good antifouling and self-cleaning properties.At the same time,it has certain anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet properties.
