摘要
随着货物运输行业的快速发展,货物运输保价管理模式也不断创新。在市场竞争中,各运输企业逐步改进货运保价产品设计,形成了基于不同市场定位的保价产品。通过分析货物运输行业保价费率规定及变化情况,梳理在货物损失理赔中的具体做法,总结货物运输行业在货物保价管理中的经验,取长补短,提出设置差异化保价限额、推出优质服务产品、基于市场变化制定等级费率、定期开展客户满意度调查、针对铁路大宗、快运制定差异化费率体系等促进铁路保价进一步发展的建议,为铁路货物保价运输提供支撑。
With the rapid development of the freight transportation industry,the value-insured management model is also constantly innovated.In market competition,transportation enterprises have gradually improved the design of value-insured products and formed value-insured products based on market localization.By analyzing the regulations and changes of the insurance premium rate in the freight transportation industry,this paper sorted out the specific practices in freight loss and damage claims and summed up the experience of the freight transportation industry in freight value-insured management.The advantages were learned to make up the disadvantages.This paper put forward suggestions for the further development of railway value-insured transportation,such as establishing a differential premium rate system for railway mass goods transportation and railway fast freight transportation,setting differential premium quotas,formulating graded premium rates according to market changes,conducting regular customer satisfaction investigations,and launching high-quality service products.They are expected to provide support for railway value-insured transport.
