摘要
基于人工管理仓库耗时费力、准确性差、效率低下的问题。提出了一种基于STM32的智能仓储系统设计方案。该设计通过手机软件记录货物位置,使用无线通信模块与STM32单片机通信,实现货物自动存取与自动运输。本文从机械结构与电气系统的设计来讲述智能仓储系统的设计过程。智能仓储系统包含两个子系统——存储系统与运输系统。该系统实现记录、清点货物信息,货物出库、入库完全由智能仓储系统完成,全程无需人工参与,是对以往人工管理仓储系统的创新。
The problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive,poor accuracy,and inefficiency based on manual management of warehouses.A design scheme of intelligent storage system based on STM32 is proposed.The design records the location of the goods through the mobile phone software,and communicates with the STM32 MCU using the wireless communication module to realize automatic cargo access and automatic transportation.This paper describes the design process of intelligent storage system from the design of mechanical structure and electrical system.The intelligent storage system consists of two subsystems-the storage system and the transportation system.The system realizes the record and inventory information of the goods.The goods are discharged from the warehouse and the warehousing is completely completed by the intelligent warehousing system.The whole process does not require manual participation,which is an innovation of the previous manual management warehousing system.
