一种乳腺体术后义乳的三维建模方法的研究

我国女性乳腺肿瘤发病率越来越高,为根治乳腺肿瘤实施乳房切除术会造成女性乳房缺失,影响女性的整体美感,从而影响女性日常工作和社会交往。义乳是弥补乳房缺失的主要方式,但现有义乳与女性自然乳房有较大差别,影响术后女性心理恢复。本文主要通过利用乳腺肿瘤治疗过程中和康复后的各类影像检查结果,选取特定女性的乳房在自然情况下的柔性变化特征点,通过使用这些特征点进行三维建模以还原该女性乳房的外观及弹性特征。

The incidence rate of female breast cancer is increasing in China.To perform radical mastectomy,mastectomy causes female breast loss and affects the overall aesthetic feeling of women,thus affecting the daily work and social interaction of women.Artificial breast is the main way to make up for the loss of breast,but there is a big difference between the existing artificial breast and the natural breast,which affects the psychological recovery of women after operation.In this paper,through the use of breast cancer treatment and rehabilitation of various types of imaging results,it selects a specific woman's breast in the natural situation of flexible change feature points,through the use of these feature points for three-dimensional modeling to restore the appearance and elastic characteristics of the female breast.
