摘要
分析利用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定甘蔗中3-硝基丙酸的不确定度来源,对不确定度的各个分量进行评估和合成。结果表明,影响3-硝基丙酸含量测定的不确定度的主要原因是标准工作曲线配制和重复性测定引入的不确定度分量。当甘蔗中3-硝基丙酸的测定值为152.20μg/kg时,计算得到扩展不确定度为11.62μg/kg,测定结果表示为(152.20±11.62)μg/kg,k=2。
The uncertainty of determination of 3-nitropropionic acid in sugarcane by UPLC-MS/MS was evaluated and synthesized. The results showed that the main uncertainty components were preparation of standard working curve and repeatability measurement. When the determination value of 3-nitropropionic acid in sugarcane was 152.20 μg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was calculated to be 11.62 μg/kg, and the determination result was expressed as(152.20±11.62) μg/kg, k=2.
