校企合作共建高职数字艺术类专业“双师”项目工作室的实践路径

College-enterprise Cooperation to Build Higher Vocational Digital Art Specialty——The Practical Path of“Dual-qualification”Project Studio

在工作室制的基础上,进一步构建高职艺术设计类“双师”项目工作室的教学模式,是提高数字时代数字艺术技能型人才培养质量的重要形式。通过对当前高职数字艺术专业类人才培养的现状问题分析,明确了“双师”项目工作室的含义和特征,并在构建四分教学法、“双师”团队建设和运行管理机制等方面提出校企合作共建高职数字艺术类专业“双师”项目工作室的有效路径。

On the basis of the studio system,it is a fundamental form to improve the training quality of digital art skilled talents in the digital age by further constructing the teaching mode of the“dual-qualification”project studio of art and design in higher vocational colleges.Through the analysis of the current situation of the training of digital art professionals in higher vocational colleges,the author defines the meaning and characteristics of the“dual-qualification”studio by practice,putting forward the effective path of college-enterprise cooperation to build the“dual-qualification”project studio of digital art specialty in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of constructing the“four-division-teaching-method”,“dual-qualification”teaching team and management mechanism.
