课程思政背景下高职公共英语师资队伍建设探索

On the Construction of Public English Teaching Team in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Course Teaching

加强思想政治教育,落实立德树人根本任务,关键在教师。高校教师的政治思想觉悟、道德品行素质和教书育人能力,直接关系高校人才培养质量。高职公共英语教师必须承担起课程思政育人任务,守好自己的一段渠。高职公共英语课程教师的传统角色定位中存在一些问题,针对课程思政对公共英语教师的新要求,应通过有效途径加强高职公共英语师资队伍建设。

Enhancing ideological and political education to realize the goal of morality education mainly depends on teachers.Teachers’political consciousness,moral quality and education competency directly affects the quality of talents turned out by colleges.Public English teachers in higher vocational colleges should do their part in ideological and political education.This paper begins with an analysis of the problems existing in public English teachers’role positioning,then explains the new requirements for them if moral education is integrated in public English teaching,and finally offers the available channels of strengthening English teaching staff.
