摘要 随着苹果iPhone 12系列5G手机持续热卖及Android顶级5G手机的陆续登场,并都已确定支持28GHz、39GHz双频毫米波频段。尤其是,2021年9月苹果正式发布的iPhone13将在更多地区将支持5G毫米波,这将大幅推动5G毫米波相关产品与商用部署,且也带动包括中国厂商在内新的5G市场商机与新产品开发的技术挑战。本文将深入分析5G毫米波小型基站在无线接取系统与前端模组设计上的挑战,同时探讨厂商在投入5G毫米波相关产品的商用布局,以及未来在5G毫米波前端模组开发及验证上所面临的机会与挑战。 As Apple’s iPhone 12 series of 5G mobile phones continue to sell well and Android’s top 5G mobile phones continue to appear on the market,it has been confirmed to support 28GHz and 39GHz dual-frequency millimeter wave frequency bands.The Apple iPhone 13 officially released in Sept.2021 will support 5G millimeter wave in more regions, which will greatly promote 5G millimeter wave related products and commercial deployment, also drive new 5G market opportunities and technical challenges of new product development, including China manufac-turers. This paper will deeply analyze the challenges of 5G millimeter wave small cell in the design of wireless access system and front-end module, discuss the commercial layout of 5G millimeter wave related products invested by man-ufacturers, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced in the development and verification of 5G millimeter wave front-end module in the future.
