基于产学政协同的设计创新人才培养模式探析

RESEARCH ON THE TRAINING MODE OF DESIGN INNOVATIVE TALENTS BASED ON THE SYNERGY OF INDUSTRY,UNIVERSITY AND GOVERNMENT

探索和实践基于产学政协同背景的设计专业创新人才培养的模式与实现路径。通过分析产业与学校各自面临的问题,以及各自资源条件,提出基于产学政协同理念的设计创新人才培养路径。并通过对需求策略、资源配置、架构设计和成果管理的综合分析,提出了构建主题竞赛工作坊的合作模式。通过组织主题竞赛设计工作坊,在实际的项目规划和实践中进行了初步的探索和实践研究,并收获了相应的成果。初步验证了该路径和模式的可行性和有效性,为进一步开展项目式学习研究提供了经验和数据支持。

Explore and practice the mode and implementation path of creative talents training of design specialty based on the background of symbiosis of production and learning.Through the analysis of the problems faced by industry and school,as well as their respective resource conditions,this paper puts forward the design innovation talent training path based on the synergy of industry,University and government.Through the comprehensive analysis of demand strategy,resource allocation,architecture design and results management,the cooperation mode of theme competition workshop is proposed.Through organizing the theme competition design workshop,the preliminary exploration and practical research were carried out in the actual project planning and practice,and the corresponding results were obtained.The feasibility and effectiveness of the path and model are preliminarily verified,which provides experience and data support for further research on projectbased learning.
