地黄中益母草苷对食管癌细胞增殖抑制作用的研究

Inhibitory Effect of Ajugol in Rehmannia glutinosa on the Proliferation of Esophageal Carcinoma Cells

[目的]探讨中药地黄中益母草苷(Ajugol)在体外对食管癌细胞的生长作用。[方法]不同浓度Ajugol处理食管癌细胞后,采用CCK-8法检测食管癌细胞增殖情况;采用磷脂结合蛋白V/碘化丙啶(Annexin V/PI)双染法检测细胞凋亡,PI染色法检测细胞周期。[结果]Ajugol可有效抑制食管癌细胞的增殖,细胞凋亡明显且细胞周期出现G2/M期阻滞。[结论]Ajugol的作用机制可能与诱导细胞凋亡及阻滞细胞周期相关。结果为食管癌治疗提供天然候选药物。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of ajugol in Rehmannia glutinosa on the growth of esophageal cancer cells in vitro.[Methods]After esophageal cancer cells were treated with different concentrations of Ajugol,the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells was detected by CCK-8 method;Apoptosis was detected by phospholipid binding protein V/annexin V/PI double staining,and cell cycle was detected by PI staining.[Results]Ajugol could effectively inhibit the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells,with obvious apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest of cell cycle.[Conclusion]Ajugol mechanism may be related to activating apoptosis and blocking cell cycle.The results provide natural candidate drugs for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
