苦瓜几个重要性状在单交种F_(1)的表现规律研究

Study on Performance Law of Several Important Characters of Momordica charantia F_(1) Single Cross Species

[目的]探索苦瓜杂交亲本的重要性状在杂交F_(1)代的表现规律。[方法]利用多个纯合度较高的苦瓜自交系杂交配制多个单交组合,收种后种植F1代,根据F_(1)代的性状表现情况及其父母本的性状情况,总结分析亲本性状在F1代的表现规律。[结果]苦瓜杂交亲本性状在其F_(1)代的表现存在规律性。[结论]苦瓜杂交亲本的颜色、瓜纹、抗病性、生长速度等重要性状在F_(1)代的表现有很好的规律性,用此规律性可较好地预判苦瓜杂交组合F_(1)的表现,可为苦瓜杂交育种提供参考及指导。

[Objective]The aim was to explore the performance of the important characters of Momordica charantia hybrid parents in the F_(1) generation.[Method]Multiple single-cross combinations were prepared by hybridization of Momordica charantia inbred lines with high homozygosity,and planted F_(1) generations after seed collection.According to the performance of the characters of the F_(1) generation and the characters of the parents,the performance law of the parental traits in the F_(1) generation was summarized and analyzed.[Result]Momordica charantia cross parental traits in its F_(1) generation performance was regular.[Conclusion]The color,grain,disease resistance and growth rate of the parents of Momordica charantia cross had good regularity in F_(1) generation.This regularity could be used to predict the performance of Momordica charantia,and provide reference and guidance for Momordica charantia cross breeding.
