中国维护经济全球化理念与实践的内在逻辑与思维方法

The Chinese Internal Logic and Thinking Method of Ideas and Practices on Advocating and Promoting Economic Globalization

近年来,经济全球化遭遇逆流,但中国积极倡导和维护经济全球化,成为引领经济全球化向前发展的重要力量。中国倡导和维护经济全球化的理念与实践蕴含着深刻的内在逻辑:一是强调自身发展转型与世界联动发展相统一,弥补全球发展赤字,为经济全球化创造经济动能;二是强调自身提供更多全球治理公共产品与推动完善国际经济治理体系相统一,弥补全球治理赤字,改善经济全球化的外部环境;三是强调加快推动中国数字化转型与推动数字经济国际协同治理相统一,激发经济全球化的技术驱动力。从思维方法的角度看,中国倡导和维护经济全球化,实现了三个“统筹”:统筹经济全球化发展的内因与外因,统筹经济全球化进程中的个体与整体,统筹经济全球化发展中的变与不变。

In recent years,economic globalization has encountered a counter current,but China actively advocates and safeguards economic globalization,and has become an important force leading the development of economic globalization.China’s advocacy and safeguard of economic globalization has profound theoretical and practical logic:First,China emphasizes the integration of its development and transformation with the interconnected development of the world,so as to make up for the global development deficit and create economic momentum for economic globalization;Second,it emphasizes the integration of providing more global governance public goods and promoting the improvement of the international economic governance system,so as to make up for the global governance deficit and improve the external environment of economic globalization;Third,it emphasizes the integration of accelerating China’s digital transformation and promoting international collaborative governance of digital economy,so as to stimulate the technological driving force of economic globalization.From the perspective of thinking method,China advocates and safeguards economic globalization and realizes“three overall plans”:coordinating the internal and external causes of economic globalization development,the individual and the whole in the process of economic globalization,and what should be changed and what shouldn’t in the development of economic globalization.
