商业模式视角下的设计类杂志比较研究--以《BRAND》和《NOVUM》为例

摘要 随着科技技术的不断提高,新媒体对纸质杂志带来了前所未有地冲击,《BranD》杂志和《Novum》杂志仍受广大设计师及艺术爱好者的爱戴,说明该两本杂志独特的设计理念和成功的商业模式值得我们深入探讨。通过对中国《BranD》与德国《Novum》的设计类杂志进行比较研究,分析两本杂志的异同点,探讨该两本杂志在不同商业模式的视角下所导致其设计风格、版式内容、工艺材质的不同,并使用商业模式画布工具对《BranD》和《Novum》进行商业模式分析。最后归纳出两本杂志在设计与商业模式之间的关系,不同的商业模式是如何指导杂志进行具体设计的,挖掘设计类杂志在商业上更多的可能性。 With the continuous improvement of technology,new media has brought the unprecedented impact of paper magazine."BranD"and"Novum"magazines are still popular among designers.The two magazines unique design idea and the successful business model is worth our in-depth discussion.Through a comparative study of the design magazines of"BranD"and"Novum",the similarities and differences between the two magazines are analyzed,and the differences in design style,layout content and process materials caused by the two magazines from the perspective of different business models are discussed.And use the business model canvas tool to analyze the business model of"BranD"and"Novum".Finally,it summarizes the relationship between the design and business model of the two magazines,how different business models guide the specific design of the magazine,and explore the design magazine industry in the future.
