摘要
服务设计是个新兴的设计概念,缘起于时代的变革,它的存在有特殊的价值和意义。为了更深刻地理解它的价值,构建更合理的服务设计认知及理论体系,通过文献研究从营销管理学、服务科学、设计学不同学科视角下梳理了服务设计的发展脉络。从综述上看,服务设计的发展是基于不同学科的阶段性贡献,是经济转型、社会变革时期出现的一种新的设计范式,对其深入研究有利于开启设计新时代。
Service design is a new design concept,due to the change of The Times,its existence has special value and significance.In order to have a deeper understanding of its value and to construct a more reasonable cognition and theoretical system of service design,through literature research,the development context of service design from different perspectives of marketing management,service science and design is sorted out.Look from the review,the development of service design is based on the periodic contributions of different disciplines,it is a new design paradigm emerging in the period of economic transformation and social change,and the in-depth study of it is conducive to opening a new era of design.
