摘要
大量电动汽车随机并入电网对电网的安全经济运行等方面产生了不利影响,为了减小由于电动汽车无序充电对电网负荷引起的波动。提出了一种以分时电价为基础,综合电网和用户两方利益的电动汽车有序充电策略。首先,根据用户的出行规律、电动汽车返回时刻的荷电状态建立电动汽车充电模型;其次,利用峰谷分时电价,建立以电动汽车用户充电费用最少和电网峰谷差最小为目标的电动汽车有序充电模型;最后,以某小区为例验证了该有序充电策略。结果表明:新的基于分时电价的电动汽车有序充电控制策略,可以有效减小电网的峰谷差,充分证明了该策略的有效性与合理性。
A large number of electric vehicles are randomly incorporated into the power grid,which has a negative impact on the safe and economic operation of the power grid.In order to reduce the fluctuations caused by the disordered charging of electric vehicles on the power grid load,an orderly charging strategy for electric vehicles based on the time-of-use price and integrating the interests of both power grid and users was proposed.Firstly,the charging model of electric vehicle was established according to the travel law of users and the state of charge at the return time of electric vehicle.Secondly,an orderly charging model of electric vehicles was established by using the time of use price between peak and valley,aiming at the minimum charging cost of electric vehicle users and the minimum peak valley difference of power grid.Finally,a village as an example validate orderly charging strategy was proposed.The results show that the new multi-objective orderly charging control strategy for EV based on time-of-use electricity price proposed can effectively reduce the peak-valley difference of power grid,which fully proves the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed strategy.
