摘要
针对机场国际值机室手工排班方式存在的排班效率低下、处理规模有限等问题,考虑排班过程中所要满足的各类约束,以均衡员工上班工时为优化目标,构建国际值机人员排班模型。同时基于模型约束结构设计休息时间约束压缩规则,旨在减少模型约束数量与加强模型约束强度,以加快模型的求解速度。基于实际案例的仿真实验表明所构建模型均能在规定时间内求得优于手工排班方案的结果,另外基于规则生成的约束能以约10%的规模完整覆盖模型的休息时间约束,约束强度的提升也有效加快了模型的求解速度。
In view of the problems of low scheduling efficiency and limited processing scale existed in manual scheduling usedby international check-in rooms in airport,various constraints were considered to meet inscheduling,and an international check-in personnel scheduling model was built with the objective of balancing the work hours of employees.At the same time,the rest time constraint compression rule was designed based on the model constraint structure,which aimed to reduce the number of constraints and strengthen the constraints,and accelerate the solving efficiency of model.Simulation experiments based on actual cases show that the model can obtain better results than manual scheduling scheme within the specified time.In addition,rules-based constraints can completely cover the rest time constraints with a scale of 10%,and the increase of constraint strength also effectively accelerates the solving speed of the model.
