摘要 以三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器为控制中心,采用PT100铂热电阻传感器作为采集元件,通过变送器传输到PLC,再由PLC和PID算法处理后,将所得到的数据与所设置的需求温度值进行比较,以判别当前温度所需的相应控制方式,并通过组态王软件进行温度变化的实时观察与记录,实现了对温度的检测、监察及控制,以保证系统温度变化的相对稳定性。仿真与实验测试结果表明,对PLC程序、各硬件模块、组态软件设计等方面进行联结调试后,实现了对温度数据的实时监控,并具有较高的稳定性与效率性,达到了所预期的功能效果。 Taking Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller as the control center,PT100 platinum thermistor sensor was used as the acquisition element,which was transmitted to PLC through transmitter,and then processed by PLC and PID algorithm,the obtained data was compared with the set demand temperature value to judge the corresponding control mode required by the current temperature.The King View software was used to observe and record the temperature change in real time,so as to realize the detection,monitoring and control of the temperature,and to ensure the relative stability of the system temperature change.The simulation and experimental test results show that the real-time monitoring of temperature data is realized after the joint debugging of PLC program,hardware modules,configuration software design,etc.,with high stability and efficiency,the expected functional effect is achieved.
