光学防抖制品弹片组料带自动清洗设备研究

摘要 光学防抖制品弹片组料带手动清洗作业效率低下,同时因人工清洗引起的弹片变形、部品刮伤、清洗效果不佳造成产品品质不稳定的问题多发,为此专门设计了光学防抖制品弹片组料带自动清洗设备。结合现阶段的先进工业技术,采用步进电机同步受控进料,多机构并联PLC及人机界面触摸屏,研发了此光学防抖制品弹片组料带自动清洗设备,实现了光学防抖制品自动清洗作业,减少了质量问题和企业成本,提升了生产效率。 The manual cleaning operation efficiency of the shrapnel assembly belt of optical anti shake products is low.At the same time,there are many problems of unstable product quality caused by shrapnel deformation,part scratch and poor cleaning effect caused by manual cleaning.Therefore,an automatic cleaning equipment for the shrapnel assembly belt of optical anti shake products was specially designed.Combined with the advanced industrial technology at the present stage,the automatic cleaning equipment for elastic piece assembly belt of optical anti shake products was developed by using synchronous and controlled feeding of stepping motor,multi mechanism parallel PLC and man-machine interface touch screen,which realized the automatic cleaning operation of optical anti shake products,reduced quality problems and enterprise costs,and improved production efficiency.
