摘要 在精密铣削加工过程中,经常会出现由于摇摆主轴的振动而导致的加工精度降低,同时会对工件表面产生振纹,对精密摇摆主轴进行振动测试分析,根据结果进行设计优化可以有效地提高精密级加工的精度。搭建了精密摇摆主轴振动测试平台,测试系统采用DASP大容量数据采集和分析系统。针对不同工况下精密摇摆主轴的振动测试数据,进行振源及影响分析。测试试验找到了精密摇摆主轴的最大振动位移位置,通过分析找到产生振动位移的原因,并提出了设计优化方案,对此类结构主轴的设计以及使用具有积极的作用。 In the process of precision milling,the machining accuracy is often reduced due to the vibration of the swing spindle,at the same time,the surface of the workpiece will produce vibration lines.The vibration test and analysis of the precision swing spindle and the design optimization according to the results can effectively improve the precision of precision machining.The vibration test platform of precision swing spindle was built,which adopted DASP large capacity data acquisition and analysis system.According to the vibration test data of precision swing spindle under different working conditions,the vibration source and influence were analyzed.The maximum vibration displacement position of the precision swing spindle was found through the test,the reason of vibration displacement was found through the analysis,and the design optimization scheme was put forward,which had a positive effect on the design and use of this kind of structure spindle.
