摘要 为了提高军用车辆在复杂恶劣行驶工况下的抗侧倾和抗俯仰能力,提出一种新型液压式互联悬架系统。首先将前后悬架均采用双向液压缸作动器代替传统弹簧和减振器,然后将4个悬架系统的双向液压缸进行互联互通,设计成前后悬架同侧反向互接、左右悬架交叉反向互接的结构形式,并介绍该悬架系统各部件功能,最后结合不同行驶工况下4个悬架系统液压缸内油液流动情况,对该悬架系统抗侧倾、抗俯仰、悬架阻尼主动控制和能量回收工作原理进行详细分析。分析结果表明提出的悬架结构不仅可以实现车身姿态变化时的抗侧倾和抗俯仰,还可以实现悬架阻尼的主动控制,并能进行能量回收。 In order to improve the anti-roll and anti-pitch capabilities of military vehicles under complex and severe driving conditions,a new type of hydraulic interconnection suspension system was proposed.First,the front and rear suspensions were equipped with two-way hydraulic cylinder actuators instead of traditional springs and shock absorbers.Then the two-way hydraulic cylinders of the four suspension systems were interconnected.The structural form of the same side reverse interconnection of the front and rear suspensions,and the cross and reverse interconnection of the left and right suspensions was designed.The function of each component and principle of the system were introduced.Finally,according to the oil flow in the hydraulic cylinders of the four suspension systems under different driving conditions,its anti-roll and anti-pitch working principles were analyzed in detail.The analysis results show that the above suspension structural have function of not only anti-roll and anti-pitch capabilities,but also active control and energy recycle.
