自动扶梯附加制动器动作触发原理及案例分析

摘要 自动扶梯梯级驱动主轴与工作制动器连接失效时,能否可靠触发附加制动器动作是制停自动扶梯的关键。通过对标准条款中附加制动器触发要求的解读,给出了常见棘爪棘轮或制动盘式附加制动器触发原理和制停过程。详细分析了某一附加制动器触发延时电路的设计缺陷导致了其动作触发失效,并给出了有效的解决方案。通过对标准条款和失效案例分析可以为自动扶梯生产单位和检验检测机构的相关人员提供参考,遇到类似问题时可以极大地减少故障排查时间。 When the connection between the escalator step drive spindle and the working brake fails,whether the auxiliary brake can be triggered reliably is the key to stop the escalator.Through the interpretation of the auxiliary brake trigger requirements in the standard terms,the trigger principle and braking process of the common claw ratchet or brake disc auxiliary brake were given.The design defects of an auxiliary brake trigger delay circuit were analyzed in detail,which leaded to its action trigger failure,and an effective solution was given.Through the analysis of the standard terms and failure cases,it can provide a higher reference value for the escalator production units and relevant personnel of the inspection and testing institutions,and greatly reduce the troubleshooting time in case of similar problems.
