Analysis of the Influence of Incorrect Switch on/off Position on the Self Healing of Centralized Distribution Network

馈线分段开关分合位置不正确会引起线路拓扑结构改变,对集中式自愈的故障定位及隔离复电策略产生不利影响。结合不同场景,对集中式配网自愈动作失败的过程进行分析,如故障隔离范围扩大,非故障区域未进行复电等情况。提出了相应的管理闭环措施和技术支持措施,确保线路分段开关分合位置正确。实际应用验证了措施的有效性,提高了自愈动作正确性。

Incorrect on or off positions of feeder segment switches will lead to changes in line topology,which will have adverse effects on fault location and isolation response strategy of centralized self-healing.Combined with different scenarios,the failure process of the self-healing action of the centralized distribution network were analyzed,such as the expansion of the fault isolation range and the failure of power transfer and repower in non-fault areas.The corresponding management closed-loop measures and technical support measures were put forward to ensure the correct location of the line segment switch.The effectiveness of the method was verified by simulation,and the correctness of the self-healing action was improved.
