Why did Marx praise Heine highly?

Heine’s thoughts were complex and changeable,but they could exactly reflect Germany’s history and current situation.Though politically uncertain,he fought with authoritarian governments in his lifelong time.Having contradictory and pluralistic beliefs,he actively advocated for proletarian revolution.Marx’s high praise for Heine indicated Marx’s understanding and tolerance of Heine’s complexity,showing that both of them agreed with each other in terms of aspiration,interest,spiritual temperament and ideology,which represented the pluralistic relationship between revolution and art.
