Authorization Mode of Digital Music and Its Innovation under the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议推动了传统产业向数字产业转型。然而在互联网时代,传统的音乐版权保护机制难以适应数字音乐版权保护需求。现行主流数字音乐授权模式中,垄断型集体管理组织模式缺乏监管、消极维权,独家授权模式涉嫌造成市场垄断、规制机制不健全的问题。在现有授权模式的基础上,构建数字音乐电商模式、搭建"区块链+版权"模式,共同解决现有授权模式存在的问题,改善数字音乐版权保护的困境,助力数字音乐版权保护,发挥音乐版权在"一带一路"建设中文化交流的作用,不负民心相通的使命。

The Belt and Road Initiative has prompted the transformation of traditional industries into digital industries.However,traditional protection mechanism of music copyright is difficult to adapt to the demands of digital music copyright protection in the age of the Internet.In terms of the current authorization modes of digital music,monopolistic collective management organization is lack of supervision and always passive to claim for rights,and as for exclusive authorization mode,there are problems such as being suspected of dominating the market and having an imperfect regulation mechanism.Build a digital music e-commerce mode and the mode of"block chain+copyright"on the basis of the existing authorization mode,so as to solve the problems of the present authorization mode,improve the copyright protection dilemma of digital music,help protect the copyright of digital music,as well as to promote the role of music copyright to facilitate cultural communications and to maintain people-to-people ties under the Belt and Road Initiative.
