摘要
专业学位研究生教育与职业资格证书制度的实施分属于学历教育与职业发展两大体系,随着研究生教育改革的深化,打破二者之间的壁垒,探求二者衔接与协同发展的可能性成为变革的焦点之一。基于PEST模型,从政策、经济、社会、技术等四个角度分析。在专业学位研究生教育与职业资格证书制度衔接与协同发展上,经济环境、社会与文化起到“双驱动”作用,政策因素、技术因素产生“双保障”作用。在各方面因素的驱动与支撑下,专业学位研究生教育与职业资格证书制度的衔接与协同发展将有机会、有条件得以实现。
The implementation of postgraduate education with professional degrees and vocational qualification certificate system belongs to different two major systems:Academic education and professional development.With the deepening of postgraduate education reform,it has become one of the focus of the reform to break the barriers between the two systems and explore the possibility of their convergence and coordinated development.Based on the PEST model,this paper conducted an analysis from four perspectives:Policy,economy,society,and technology.It contends that in the connection and coordinated development of postgraduate education with professional degrees and vocational qualification certificate system,economic environment,society and culture play a“dual drive”role,and policy factors and technical factors exert a“dual guarantee”role.Driven and supported by various factors,the convergence and coordinated development of postgraduate education with professional degrees and vocational qualification certificate system will have a good opportunity and conditions to be realized.
