儿童专科医院党建联盟的构建与实践探索

Practice of Party construction alliance in a children's hospital

新时期背景下,公立医院积极探索医院党建联盟模式,通过党建引领、优势互补,发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,推动医院高质量发展。以复旦大学附属儿科医院党建联盟为例,分析联盟构建模式和实践经验,提出以社会共治、健康共享为联盟目标,以党建品牌项目为联盟发展路径,健全联盟管理机制,实现医院党建联盟的长效发展,促进成员党组织党建水平共同提高和健康服务能力的提升。

In the context of the new era,public hospitals are actively exploring the mode of Party construction alliance.With the complementary advantages,Party construction alliance can play a leading and a powerful role of grassroots party organizations and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.Taking the Party construction alliance of the Children's Hospital of Fudan University as an example,we analyzed the alliance construction mode and practical experience,and proposed that hospital-social cogovernance and health resource sharing should be the goals of the alliance,and the Party construction brand project is the alliance development path,and efforts should be made to improve alliance management mechanism,achieve long-term development,and to raise the Party construction capacity of the member Party organizations jointly and the ability of health care service.
